Our standard carriage charge to
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
If You are not completely satisfied with Your Product You may return it at your cost in the same condition as dispatched within twenty-eight days and in the original packaging for a refund, subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. We recommend that You take out postal insurance as we cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. Wallpaper returns require a minimum of 2 rolls of wallpaper with the same batch number.
Fabric - Due to the nature of fabric please note that a minimum quantity of 5 metres is required. A 20% re-stocking charge also applies.
Overseas returns must include all
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please email: info@DaviesWallpapers.com informing us of what you intend to return and stating the reason.
Faulty Goods
In the event of a wallpaper fault please send a sample of the product to us with the label - it may not be necessary to return all the faulty product. Please note that You should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If You wish to return Products, please send an e-mail to info@DaviesWallpapers.com Please state the reason for returning the Product and whether You would like a refund or a replacement Product.

If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Please note that all wallpaper products should be checked for faults before and during hanging.
